Stealth Cam problems?
 

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with a problem I've been having with my Stealth Cam STC-WD3.

When I bought the camera, it was brand new in the package...worked fine in my apartment for a week or more, and I decided to put it up for a couple weeks until I had time to take it out to the woods. When I finally got there, it indicated low battery--and has done so ever since. I've tried 3 different sets of "C" batteries, as well as the 12 volt external attachment...nada. The camera powers on for 5-10 seconds, then goes dead.

I'm guessing that there is something with the wiring, but Stealth Cam is refusing to stand behind their warranty, so I'm in a pretty good pickle, any help would be great!!!

Yah it's sound like a short, the only to fix this would be to send it in for repair or try to pull it apart yourself and see what is going on. Good Luck, keep us posted.

I bought one from wal mart last year that did the same thing. Called Stealth and they told me I could take it back for a refund or exchange. I exchanged it and have not had any problems with the new one. Hope it helps.
