Default more Cuddeback issues

Well I got my older model Cuddeback back from repair (my picture quality was "off"). They were very good to work with and I got some great help from a dealer. So I set it up anticipating the best. It seemed to be working good, snapped a couple pics of me setting it up and the quality was great. However, I know know that there have been deer right in from of it (in mid day and at nite) and it hasn't taken a pic (?????). I know because I have another cam across from it that has several pics on it. I didn't go through the advanced set up - am I missing something or do I have another problem????

Do you have it set to high off the ground? Are you sure the deer passed within range of the camera? Do a walk by...and take out the CF card and check it.

I would be surprised if it was not operator error due to how complicated those things are. I really like mine... but that is after cussing at it a number of times because I couldn't figure the darn thing out.
