How do you hook up a Moultrie camera with a solar panel?
 

just wondering how you guys do it. i ordered one yesterday (solar panel) and i havent figured out how to hook it up yet. do you just clip it on the battery?

if you have a 3.1 theres terminals on your camera to hook it up, if not then you gotta drill two holes in the case and hook it up to the battery...

You do have to have a rechargeable battery for it to work. I had one without the terminals and I stuck the wires through the hole for the sensor and clipped to the battery. It worked fine that way for a year till it was stolen.

thanks guys. ya i got a rechargable one comin with the solar panel so i think i will have to cut a notch in the door and clip those clips and the camera clips right on the battery.
