I,d say doe .
3reasons why .
1. Its tarsal glands dont look dark .
2. Its looks fairly chunky , a bucks spine would be showing in the late winter months .
3. I dont see any family jeuals hanging around .:D

definately a young buck. If you look closely you can see the pedicules where his antlers were, i'm pretty sure doe don't have those.......
