Default help with picture

This is a terrible picture from my Stealth Cam 35mm camera. Theflash was on but the deer was too far away. Any help editing at all (buck or doe?) would be appreciated....

I tried but it's just way too grainy. I'm sure that there are antlers there, it's just hard to tell how big, small 6pt? Maybe someone can do better.

thanks for the look - we jumped a 4/6 point the other week while scouting the area so maybe that's him. when it comes to these trail cams I guess you get what you pay for ...
