Hahaha! they look like a couple of deer in the headlights. I would take the picture to the DNR, then they will take the picture to the regestration stations, bait shops and places like that. Plus you can go around to all you neighbors you don't know and see if you recognize them.

Well I HAVE caught tresspassers on camera but I knew who they were. I simply confronted them and told them that I had the picture and that I would not turn them in THIS time. I informed them that I had many cameras out there and that IF I caught them on film again I would take ALL the pictures of them that I had to the sheriff and go from there. I feel that if I let them get off the first time they at least can't come back and destroy my cabin and tree stands. Most will hopefully realize that they just can't go over there and that they got off lucky and not go back. To me getting the sheriff involved is just asking for problems with the neighbors and I really don't want that. Oh and from what I know the DNR can do NOTHING about tresspassers. Well they got more than that, 90 days in the local Jail 100 hours community service and 6 months probation, they got charged with tresspassing with a weapon a 3rd degree felony.

Plus they have to pay me $50 for each bird they shot, I don't think they will return.

What the hell are they hunting? Either they are really bad shooters hunting small game, being close to each other... or they are using double shooting power to take down sasquatch.

Where are you at? That is AWESOME that they get charged with a felony. I do think you will end up with some property damage but if all tresspassers would get charged like that it would happen a lot less. Congrats on getting them good.

State of Georgia , tresspassing with a weapon is a felony, these guys are New Yorkers.
Who use to come next door to hunt, but I guess they like my property better.:D:D
