Cudde back no flash ???

Anyone using the new Cudde Back no flash cameras yet? I saw some posts earlier last month that some were having issues with them.

I had lots of issues with mine and it went right back to the store. There are many complaints about the design of this years cuddebacks. not just the no-flash. Personally, I would spend the $450 elsewhere.

My buddy said he put it out one night and he got 10 pictures on it and his batteries were dead. and he said he got a picture when it was sorta light but sorta dark and he said he couldnt see anything.

Hey guys thanks for the info. Maybe I'll wait until next year to get a second camera. I have a Moultre now and it does O K but the trigger time seems a little slow. It sure takes nice photos though. I like the temp, moon phase, and time imprint on the photos.

What kind of issues are you having. I have one and have had no problems yet. I don't like the way you insert the batteries but that's my only issue. it has taken some good pictures and video's.

Compared to my Leaf River, the CB no flash uses batteries 5x's faster. The picture quality at night is not great. I knew it would be b/w for night shots, but the range & pic quality is poor. Trigger speed isbetter on my CB compared to the LR cam I have.

Overall, I am much happier with my regular Leaf River than this camera. Plus they are cheaper. I have not tried the Leaf River IR yet though.

a bushnell 119200 would make a good second camera. kind of sucks on batteries but it takes decent pictures and has EXCELLENT trigger time (1/2 second!). Even a wildview 2.0 (with the big flash, not the little one!) for about $90 would make a good second cam. trigger time sucks and it eats batteries really fast too but takes decent pics and is extremely easy to setup. anyway, just trying to steer you clear of the no-flash, it's trouble i tell ya!
