Cuddeback pic quality issue
I have the older style Cuddeback 3.0. I have been very please with the camera in terms of battery life and trigger time, but the pic quality is "off" animals seem to have a "glow". I contacted Cuddeback and they said it might be a card problem - if card was used in another cam it might cause this problem. I tried another "fresh" card and had same results. They then said they need to do some diagnostic stuff with it (over the phone). I haven't been able to do that because it is at our camp in the Adirondacks. Has anyone had this problem or know what might be going on. Hope I can resolve it once I get it out of the woods this fall, because I like how it has preformed overall. Here are a couple sample pics (really like the second one)

RE: Cuddeback pic quality issue
I had it happen a couple time on the 1.3 I have - but then I had "black" picture problems and sent it in for repairs - and none since.
The 3.0 we have does a really really nice job with color. Maybe you could play with some of the settings - like Long Range Flash - to see if it makes a difference. Are all the pictures coming out like this? If you want, PM me - I might be able to point you to a helpful person. FH |
