Coning a barrel

Has anyone here ever coned their barrel? I'm deciding if i should cone one or both of my .58 cal muzzies

I have not "coned" my .58's, but I have "Chamfered" the muzzle to allow for easier ball/patch starting so a short starter is not needed. I only shoot patched round ball. I'm not sure if a "coned" muzzle would be beneficial if using conical bullets. Hopefully, someone else will chime in.

thanks for the input. I only shoot PRBs out of my .58s also. From what I understand, if you do it right you only remove a bit off the lands. The PRB still rides in the grooves so accuracy should not be affected.
