Drying Cedar any idea's?

My wife is asthmatic and the oil in cedar is terible for it. It puts her into an attack. However dried cedar does not have this affect on her. I was wondering if anyone has any idea's on how to dry it out so I can work with it and have it in the house as a finished product.

How do I go about building a box? Is this the type of box with a light bulb in it to heat it?

thats the one, I think Dean T's box has 3 lights in it, you an alternate how much heat by how many lights are on at one time.
