the Holy Grail of bows boys - its here !!

Got this off the Tradgang Classifieds board .... I've been wanting one a long time now. This riser is bocote with cocobolo strip, I love bocote, I have wanted a bow with brown glass for a while .... and guy this bow it IT. Its 64", though it seems shorter ?? and 58# @ 28" which is about max weight for me to handle well. It has the riser feel of my old style TD from OL, but dang, this bow is super fast ! And its stable and shootable ......oh man, I really love this bow. I'm going to have to get a 50# set of limbs and then I'm set !!

Very nice! How many OL's does that make now??? Just wondering why you want a set of 50 pound limbs when you already have 58. Seems pretty close to me. Not critisizing, just wondering.

50 # and 58 # is a very good range for me. 50 # I can control much better, and is plenty enough for deer etc. The 58# limbs are elk hunting limbs ....... and to build strength.

I might get CX 50 pound limbs - talking to OL about those right now ..........

What???!!! THE Holy Grail of BOWS???!!! [:-]

Come on there, Stealth... ain't no such thing, is there? Of course, if it has the qualities of what the renowned Holy Grail was purported to have... it should keep ya young long enough (like forever) to keep buying bows until you've owned 'em ALL! :D

It IS a very beautiful bow, and fast shootin' I suspect. Congratulations on getting the one you've been looking for. BTW - that Coco stripe looks really red, kinda like a Wida, huh... [8D]

I found my HG about a month ago. It ain't no Adcock special, but I love it all the same. ;)

ok, ok... I'll go back to my other little corner of the archery world now....

Beautiful. I've wanted to get one of OL's bows for a while, just couldn't convince my wife I needed one.
