I don't know much about posting pictures, but lots of bowyer/dealer sites have a "Trophy Room" or "Trophy Page" showcasing kills made with their bows.

You know, except for my dad taking a picture of me with my first 'real' bow kill - a squirrel when I was 5 yrs old - I've never had another picture of any of the animals I]ve taken. Just never seemed important to me. So, I don't have any pics to post. [&:]

Get a copy of Traditional Bowhunter magazine. It's got a couple pages of traditional kills in each issue.

Here's a pic of my best buck to date. I killed him w/a Magnus (or Zwickey, I forget which) tipped tapered footed cedar arrow out of a 71# Monarch Imperial longbow.

Just curious. What distances did the deer travel and how clean were the shots?

During my intitial recurve days (went back to recurve last season), I don't recall ever having to track any uncommon distances, and not all shots were through and throughs.

The longest track I ever had was a pass-through hit from a compound bow. I tracked her for 1-1/2 days. Of course, it was a bad hit.

Why that's me Chad!:) I killed that deer in Nov. '96 I think. Hard to believe a guy could get this much gray hair in 8 short years!![:@]
