bow I got at a yard sale had camo tape I removed need something to remove glue without harming finish

Try WD40 and an piece of terrycloth towel or other cloth with a texture. Spray the WD40 on a small area give it a minute or two to start working then scrub with the cloth. If you have a place where it won't hurt anything spray a larger area and let it work for a longer time.

A friend of mine collects and sells vintage archery equipment had a story about him in trad archery magazine about 6 month ago he is a big bear collecter i got a bear 8 arrow clip on quiver off him
