I' m HOT and ready!

I think that I am shooting as well as I ever have! I' m consistently in the vitals at up to 25 yards. My Elk trip is in 2 1/2 weeks and I can' t wait. Normally, I' m in a shooting slump by the time season comes around but not this year. With my luck, I won' t see an Elk!

Sweet, Dick. Hope you see some elk and get a good shot. If not, hunt some squirrels or something if you' re allowed. Those things are yummy[:-]

I was almost afraid to read this thread because of the title! Good luck Dick, and let us know how it goes--if all goes well, I will get to chase elk for the first time myself next year!
