martin jaguar vs. PSE kingfisher
 

Im stuck between the martin jaguar and the PSE kingfisher. i cant afford much. ive only shot the jaguar and it was a very nice bow to shoot, much nicer than my compound. would there be much of a difference since the king fisher is solid fiberglass and the jaguar is laminated wood? im also planning on doing a bit of bowfishing so would having wooden limbs near water be detrimental to the integrity of the limbs? or could i just put sealer on it if it doesnt have it already? please give me your opinions and if you have any experience with one or both of these bows that would be very helpful. thank you for your time.

neither--for my money I would go to recurves.com and look at the king pawn.

the kingfisher has a great riser for converting to ILF (its the same riser they used in the silverhawk compound which is what I converted). The fiberglass limbs are a dog best left to bowfishing. as for wood limbs and bowfishing...theyll float when you drop your bow ;^)

Of your two choices, go with the jaguar.

all limbs are sealed against moisture, unless the finish is damaged
