What year model is this bow?
 

I have a 60 inch Bear Tigercat that is 40# @ 28. Through research I' ve found that these bows were produced from 1964-1978. My question is, is there any way to find out exactly which year my bow was made? Thanks for the help.

I don' t know if there' s any way to pinpoint the actual year, but here' s something that might help narrow it down.

Is there a serial # on the bow anywhere?If it starts with an " X" ,then it was made in the 60' s.The # after the letter denotes the year(i.e.-X8xxxx would mean this was made in 1968).I forget what the letter designation is for the 70' s bows.
