Sage by Samick

I would be completely new to the traditional game and I was wondering if anyone has heard or had experience with this bow. I would be buying it from 3 rivers archery in Indiana and would use it for bowfishing as well as learning how to shoot traditionally with hopes of eventually hunting with it. Any information will be much appreciated!

I recently did a review on the sage at www.peteward.com in the trad review section.
For the price it is a good little bow.

Some of my family members have bought Samicks in the last 3 months and I must say I've really been impressed with them.
Maybe I've gotten old and what I prefer has changed but I've owned a lot of high-dollar bows and the Samicks seem to be a good quality but at a good price.
One of my brothers just bought a Polaris and I enjoyed shooting it more than some of the higher priced bows.

I've only had a little experience with them, but so far I'm impressed. They aren't the quality of some, but the price reflects that. I wouldn't be afraid to hunt with one. Great to get started, to see if you even have what it takes to stick with it without investing a lot of money.
