Arrow Selection Advice?

I recently acquired a set of 45lb limbs for my Bear Hunter recurve and I am in need of some arrows. I have been pleased with Gold Tip carbons (for my compound) and the fellow I got the limbs from suggested Beman ICS or MFX. Any preferences and/or size suggestions? TC

45lbs, you better get a very weak spine. Like .5" at the most.

I would shoot 1916's or possible 2016's at the most.

how does a beman ics junior hunter rated for a 40# compound compare to the arrows that big country commented on?

I know a few younger archers that use the Hunter Jr., including one young woman who took her first traditional deer with one. I haven't checked the spines for consistency, but they seem to be pretty good.

What about the GT Trads 15/35 or 35/55 ?
