Want TD recurve...CM 56 Hunter, 58 Hunter or 58 Hunter II?
 

I was wondering if those who have owned, shot, etc...the above mentioned bows could chime in on which might be the better model to choose. I realize that only I can determine which is best for me, not being able to shoot it first all opinions will be very much appreciated. My draw is 27" . I currently shoot a CM Raven and like it very, very much. I want a takedown model and have narrowed it down to these choices.

I have owned a 56" hunter a 58" hunter II and no experience with the hunter I I always found myself reaching for the 56" I draw 28" and this bow was smooth fast and stable The 58" hunter II was also very nice I just liked a shorter bow.You may also consider a firebird they are only 56" and are awesome.The only reason my firebird wasn' t my go to bow was it was 52# and the rest of my bows were around 60# Well guess that is my .02 lol hope it helped

I have the Hunter with 45 and 55# limbs. Mine is 62" . I draw 28 1/2" . I like the Straight riser and the longer bow because of stability and smoothness. The shorter bows are faster but if I needed speed, I' d buy a compound. I do have friends that think, and maybe so, that the Hunter II points better. With a 27" draw, you shouldn' t have any trouble with the shorter bow. Dick

I ordered a 58" Hunter II 50# @ 28" ...can' t wait. Did some research and the Hunter II seemed to fit, hopefully...although based on the different info there was no bad choice....thanks
