My beautiful new baby arrived last week while was in Houston.:D A brand spankin new Crusader with a cocobolo riser, yew limbs, and birds eye bacote overlay. What a work of art, I' m almost afraid to shoot it . . . . almost.;) Actually I haven' t shot it yet. I just put the seal skin on the shelf today. I would have done it when it first arrived, but I could not find Barge Cement anywhere in this area so I ordered it from 3rivers. I will follow up with pictures shortly.

Unbelievable how well the riser fits my hand. My Howatt Super Diablo will be on ebay in a few days. I think Chad has made another addict and I haven' t even shot my Crusader yet.:D

Oh boy, are you in for a treat when you string that baby up and start shooting. I shot Chads last fall, and had to have one. I LOVE THIS BOW!!!!!!!! I got the Crusader, cocobolo riser and yew limbs. You wont be disappointed.

Is it there yet? Glad you finally got it. I' ll probly end up getting suprised one day when it arrives ' cause I forgot about it. Unless I end up like Troy and stalk the mail guy every day to see if it' s coming. I don' t think I' ll show up at the post office in the morning to sort the mail with them.:D

What do you think of that bocote? It just ain' t fair--everyone has a prettier Crusader than me......[:' (] I plan on remedying that soon though (I hope):D. Debating on an all Macassar ebony (ebony riser, veneer over yew limbs) and/or a cocobolo riser w/curly and bird' s-eye maple veneer. Decisions, decisions...........

My ' sader is of the same ilk as yours.....Dathein' s sounds relly pretty too. No complaints about their shooting at all....my (wife' s) only complaint is I now spend less time with her and the boys. Have to convince her that she needs one! :D The boys are happy to traipse the fields shooting their bows with Dad.
