long bow qustion
 
has anyone shot the byron furgeson edition "patriot". if so how did it proform? what do you guys think of the reflexed/deflexed design? will the long bow give me the same zip i gety out of my samick recurve?

I have shot it. It works well. I think its on par with my martin savannah. More R/D than my black widow LX.

I've shot the Ferguson edition, but not the Bear edition. I like Byron--every time I've talked with him he was just a good 'ol boy from AL--but never cared for his bows.

PersonallyI like it if it is mild. I believe it helps with hand shock. I'd shoot nothing but staight limbed longbows if it were not for that aspect. I just don't care for most radicals.
