Dam Kanga, when you do something you don't waste any time do you!

That is a nice looking set of limbs and the bow is progressing very nice. Do you ever build recurves?

Changeling.

I have been asked that question a lot lately

Just 1 simple answer everytime I am asked.

No

Well she has turned out a little heavier draw than I wanted 58lb @ 27" but thats life it's a new design for me.

I have the riser all shaped and sanded and currently hanging in the shop with the first coat of poly.

All thats basicly left to do is the limb butt's and tip over lays which I am hoping to get done tomorrow after work.

Oh and make the string

Then I can go shoot her and see if she will be a keeper or not

when you do something you don't waste any time do you!
It seems to me I have been working on this one daily for over a week now.

Oh wait a minute I started building the form Tuesday of last week

Here is the Zebrawood riser.

BTW these pics do not do it any justice.

I still have to give it a light sanding and another couple of coats of poly, will do that tomorrow or over the weekend when it is a little warmer than today

Is that one going to be yours Russ or you already got a home for it? better build one to shoot down here at our semi-new PBAA 3D range...we'll have a class for floks like you and Kent! Can't say prizes will be great but you would get to hangout with me!
