I might sell the split dried stave for 39 dollars. But I wouldnt' lay it out, bandsaw and rough it out for 39 dollars. This is a heck of a deal. For people who want to learn to tiller without all the work before it. 2.5" wide at the fades is a little wide, but would make one durable bow. |
RE: This guy is crazy
Oh, nevermind, its a board bow. AFter looking closely at it, I see the handle is glued on.

Yah I have seen these on there before too. Not really worth it to me, I guess for me it means alot more to build myself when it comes to board bows

RE: This guy is crazy
I agree, but if someone wanted to practice tillering, and didn't want to take all the time laying one out, this would be a quick way.

RE: This guy is crazy
Yah I suppose, would be kind of neat getting differnet types of wood to use too. I know it got kind of old for me here all we got is red or white oak or maybe ironwood not sure about that, had bad luck with maple, even used birch but won't hold it's strength for long.
