Arrow question

Hey guys Im having trouble figuring out what arrows would work in my new bow. Im shooting a 50lb martin x150, imdrawing 28" arrow length is right at 29". WHat would be a good arrow to start out with. I would prefer aluminum, but would consider carbon. Gold tips seem like a good route to go, but Im form the old school and love aluminum. Im not sure if i need the 35/55, or 55/75 goldtips, the current arrows Im shooting are 2117's they fly ok but seem a little stiff. Im shooting 250 grain tips. Thanks for any advice.

RE: Arrow question

2016's will work great for you with 125gr tip. If you want heavier, 2018's with a 150-200gr tip should also work. I shoot 53lb @ 29" with a martin dreamcatcher and use 2018's with 125gr tip.

3555s will also work but will be light, that you might want to add wieght tubes or front and back brass wieghts with the GT wieght system.
