Chad, my friend, how in the world do you keep from cramping up doing this for a living? My hands kill me doing this. I am not used to handling small items.:D Seriously, its very tedious, and you do it for a living.
When you get it down, you can do the leg twist trick.;) Hold both bundles agianst your leg and rub your hand over them either up or down your leg, and let them twist themselves.When you get that trick down, you can whip our a string in a matter of min.

I use my leg, but the way I make them still involves a lot of hand twisting/untwisting.
