Brandan, the Cloverdale Traditional National is June 13, 14, and 15 held at the Cloverdale Conservation Club in Cloverdale, IN. Big shoot, lots of shooters and vendors--I think Cloverdale is the second biggest all traditonal shoot in the US next to Denton Hill?

See you there!

That' s good that it' s in June. I may actually be able to make it. Not sure but I can put some thought into it. It' s a bit of a drive so I may opt to stay over. You' ns have any info on some good hotels in the area and all that? And what kind of rules do they have for equipment? Is it one of those longbows have to shoot wood arrows ones? I' ve been shooting wood anyways so that won' t matter much, but I' ve been thinkin of tinkerin with carbons so if they' re not allowed I' ll know not to bring them. I guess I should stock up anyhow. Thanks for the info.

Cloverdale is one of, if not the best shoot around. They have always had a super set up and fine 3D targets. I' m not sure if I will be moteling it or sleeping in the cab of my truck but you can bet your shirt I will be there.

If work doesn' t bury me I' ll be there. MAybe we can all meet at Chads booth and he can give us all new Chek MAte bows to carry around. Kind of like walking billboards, that way we could recognize each other.;):D Or we can just meet at Chads booth.

Chad:
Have they told you yet where your booth will be? There will be at least three big tents with vendors, several individual vendor booths, and a " hogshed" row of covered, but open tables. There will be a least two big, long shooting courses, one is a practice course you can shoot all day if you want. There will be moving targets for charity, ect. Longshot, bowmaking for the kids, broadhead collections, and Beaucoup used bows for sale. Three Rivers, Kustom King, Lonewolf, Ron LaClair, John McCollough, Elite Arrows........well the list is usually over 100. Don Thomas and Lori were there year-before-last. There will be a known speaker at night. One year I sat and jawed with Glenn St.Charles and was in awe of the arrows that Ishi made alongside one of Art Young' s bows! Ishi made darn nice arrows!
Y' all come!

Always a catch isn' t there Di? [>:]

John, I' ll be in one of the tents--I should find out more soon. Sounds like a great crown--hopefully I will get close to Joe and Becky (Lone Wolf)--always have a good time talking to (aggravating) them.

I would love to go to Cloverdale. About the only way to go would be to incorporate it into my family vacation, and that is still up in the air for this year. Even if I can' t, I will be there in spirit with the rest of you.:)
