arrow help
i have a 6" 45# sammick deer slayer and they guy at my bow shop that got me into shooting traditional has shot his whole life so i thought, perfect! he will steer me on the right path but in reading some of these threads it seems like the mnajority would think im a little over spined w/ 9" easton axis 400's and a 15 broad head but they fly really well. even w/ 100 gr. broad heads they fly extrememly good. ive been shoointing som acc 360's 8" that fly great also. do you think i should try somethin a little softer anyways?

RE: arrow help
Bow weight and draw length are only part of the story. How well you release the string is also a big player in what spine you need. Some folks need stiffer arrows than the chart shows, some do better with weaker arrows and for others the charts are perfect. Traditional archery needs a lot more personal fitting than you can get by with using mechanical releases and compounds. If those arrows you're using fly good for you and hit where you point them, don't worry about it.

RE: arrow help
cool thanks! i think it might try a few things different over the winter and see if i notice any severe changes in my shooting by trying some lighter or heavier shafts.
