eye doninance

There has been a lot of disscusion on eye dominance shooting a coumpond bow as to wether to shoot with your dominate eye and was just wondering does it matter when shooting a traditional bow seeing you are shooting instictivly?
what are yourthoughts on this

Interesting question. I don't have enough experience with trad shooting to answer, but it would seem to me that I'd want my dominant eye closer to the arrow. Shooting purely instinctive, I can't see it mattering much, though.

I thought it might not matter but wasn't sure . I am left eye dominate but right handed. I shoot my compound right handed very well and it is just more comfortable so i don't plan on changing but wanted to see if people thought you should shoot traditional with the dominate eye ?

Gap shooting, it matters. Purely instintive, nope. I have a little trick, I do before a shot. I close my left eye and just make sure my arrow is lined up, I then open it. It kinda makes sure my right eye is controlling the show. I am not strongly left eye dominant, so it helps.

Kinda depends on your style of shooting.
