No Steve, I haven't even tried to mount one. I never liked one on my compounds so I just kept that attitude coming back to the longbow. I guess if I don't find something I like after this season, I'll try a bow mounted one?

That rig I had last season was nice, if it would have just not flopped around as much. All the searching I've done, I never actually realized you could get a mini cat quiver without the pack.

Should have added in my first post that one BIG reason I like the hip quiver I use is that I can carry a selection of arrows (a couple blunts for small game or "stumpin") and a few broadheads without having to look/feel which one I'm grabbing. I carry the blunts so they're in front and the broadheads to the rear so I can simply grab the front one if I need a blunt, or the rear one if I want a broadhead.
