How long is your bow and draw length? Sounds like it could be finger pinch.

changing pressure on the top and bottom fingers will change impact down range. I believe it goes more pressure top finger, higher the impact, more the bottom, you'll shoot low. If that bottom finger being sore is a new thing I'd guess you have changed how you are "gripping" the string somewhere before release.
