Son's "new" recurve

A real good friend on mine just made my 13 year old one of the happiest kids on earth. He gave him a Bear Kodiak Special along with one of Ben Pearsons hunting arrows. Not to bad for his first recurve. The bow is in great shape for being 50 years old.

Don't let him shoot that arrow. :)

I'm sure he'll love everything. Make sure you get some pics once he starts to progress!

That is a wonderful thing your friend did. That arrow is one heck of a collectors item. Post some pics of your son flinging some wood down range.

The Pearson arrow is going into a shadow box along with another arrow he gave him. He also has given him an arrow from Glenn St.Charles. That on is a hand signed presentation arrow.
Jake is really getting a lesson in the heritage of this great sport.

One from Glenn St. Charles... His 96th birthday is coming up on Dec 15th. A lot of trad guy's are sending birthday/holiday cards to Glenn. Let him know how much we appreciate all he's done for our beloved sport.
