Duck Hunting

Anyone tried to hunt mallard ducks or ducks in general with bow? I am going to try it on the 8th. I believe I can hit them as they are coming off the water not sure of coming onto. Gonna use some spare arrows first time. LOL

I have hunted them when they were on the ground and in the air. I used my Bear 50# recurve with some fufu arrows when they were flying do twards the water and got 5 ducks. On the ground I used my 70# compound bow and got every single one I shot at. Good luck

Well I know its considered unsportsman like to shoot on water or ground with shotgun or rifle not sure about bow LOL I am planning on taken my shots at take off or final landing. What is concept of the flu flu I know it slows it down and stabilizes super fast but why slot arrow down when I have seen birds in flight dodge rounds fired at then way faster than my bow will every think about LOL
