Arrow choice.

If you read my post yesterday I got my first bow. Turns out its a bit on the light side. I had it checked today and they said its 25#@28". I also measured my draw length and its 29". Thats a bit strange because that is also what I shoot in a compound but I anchor differently with the recurve so that must be why.
Anyway on to my question what type of an arrow should I shoot off this bow? I know its very light but from what I have read working on form first is the most important thing so I figure this will be a good place to start. Also It would be nice to have arrows for this bow since I never plan to get rid of it.
I am most interested in a wood arrow but I would like to find out all the options.
Thanks again for all your help everyone.

1716 aluminum arrows cut to 29-29.5" with 125gr points and feather fletches ought to do the trick. Any good arrow maker ought to be able to fit you up with a set of 5/16 cedar arrows, probably spined in the 30-35lb range and 29" long. One thing about a bow that light; it will train you to develop a proper release. Light bows are very susceptible to plucking the string, or torqueing the string, since there isn't a lot a weight to pull the string off your fingers. And unless you get a clean release, it will be difficult to get proper arrow flight.

Well I am quickly learning why traditional archers make there arrows. I called every shop in the greater metro detroit area I could think of and no one had 1716 or light cedar arrows. Guess I will have to order some.

OneEye, I just sent you an E-mail with the name of an arrow source in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He can definitely recommend and supply the proper spine arrow for your setup.
