Default Sportsman helping Sportsman

Recently I have been the recipient of help from a stranger who is no longer a stranger. By posting a question here on the forum regarding the twisted limbs of my sons starter bow a gentleman by the name of CT_Bowhunter sent me two starter bows his boys had out grown. CT did not know me before, nor have we yet to meet in person, he and his sons did this to help others enjoy the opportunities offered by archery. It is examples such as this that bring honor to the title Christian and sportsman. I have experienced other acts of random kindness throughout my 37 years and have come to the understanding that though we cannot attain heaven by out good deeds alone it is those same good deeds that the LORD wishes us to do. Lets take this and run with it, lets each try and do something for another just for the sake of helping. Thanks again CT, and thank you to all who have replied to my postings, your all sportsman. God bless.

Just goes to show what caliber people we have on the board here--a fine bunch of archers! Don't leave yourself out TR--I sure appreciate the inserts!

Thanks for the kind words. I was raised to share what things you have. It makes me feel good to know that I could make someone happy. My boys were excited to know that you liked them and they couldn't believe that a girl wanted them..lol. They never saw a girl shoot a bow<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
