There is no one perfect bow that will fit everyone, so go with the bow that you are most comfortable and confident with. Lots of excellent choices on the market today--shoot as many bows as you can get your hands on and see what works best for you.

Glad to see you posted here. A great recurve at a great price that alot of people on this post shoot is a Chek Mate. LBR and numerous others can fill you in on more details. I know that there is an overwelming choice of bows on the market. What LBR suggested is right on. Shoot as many bows as you can. Each will be different and then you'll find the one that just feels and shoots right for you. I found after shooting several bows that the Chek Mate Crusader was awesome, ended up buying 3. Good luck and keep asking questions.
