If the arrows are hittingleft and low, they are over spined. Try 2020's, You may be suprised how accurate your shooting becomes.

I'd try a 2020 like Stew said.I think the 2117 is a little too stiff

I found you just need to get your eye over the arrow. Brian Fergonson's book helped me alot decide how much to cant. For my anchor, I have to cant alot

Have been practicing with the longbow. Not up to hunt with it skill yet but improving. I found I'm more accurate holding it upright like I do my compound. I think it has a lot to do with muscle memory transfer in my case. If I only shot the longbow, I'd probably cant it 'cause it seems more natural to hold it that way.

You are way overspined for your draw wt. You are only drawing aprox 52# at 27" you need to shoot no more than a 2016 & cut them to 29" even this is borderline you may have to drop down the next size, defenitely not up to the next size.

Hold your head at basically the same angle as the bow. If you stand straight up, hold your bow straight up.

Canting the bow helps keep the arrow on the shelf, especially if the bow has a very small shelf. You may want to practice with a cant regardless, as some situations (such as a tree limb in the way) require it to get the shot off.
