Aiming??

I'm just getting into traditional shooting. How do you guys hit any thing? I get any where from a6 to 12 inch group at 25yds. Some times i don't even hit the target. Out to 15 yards i can shave the fletching off. Past that it is almost as dangerous behind me as in front of me. I'm not getting it.

Yea, i fill real confident out to 15yds. I actualy took a doe during the first week of Bow season here in Georgia. She was onlyseven yards out from my ladder stand. But when i was using my Browning Mirage XL i could tag golf balls out to 25yds and clays out to about 40. My recurve is a PSE Coyote, Aluminium riser and fiberglass limbs. Does that still count as traditional?:DI just feel like i should be better with it. I take it with me every where i go. I have shot quit a few Armadilos with it. And have attempted Rabbits and Squirells. I have noticed i shoot tighter groups, when i am shooting down.

Well Ive found (I am by no means an expert) that my shooting has gotten better since I put the compound away and concentrated on the recurve. One thing that helped me iss moveing my anchor point closer to my eye. LIke right on my cheek bone. give that a try.
