Default N. Texas Food Drive Shoot

Denton County Archersis having a traditional 3D shoot next Sunday, Nov. 12, to raise money and food for the Denton, TX food bank. Entry fee is a donation of at least$10 or $10 worth of canned goods. Every penny and every canwe bring in goes to the food bank. So, anybody in the neighborhood, bring out your longbow, recurve or whittled stick and help us put some grub on the table for the needy.

Registration is from 1 til 2. They're planning to put out 15 targets and run the course twice for a total of 30 targets. I'm not sure if they're going to do classes and awards or if it's just going to be for fun.

C'mon down, burnie! You'll have plenty of time to shop and then stop off and shoot some arrers on the way home.

Personally, I'm glad I'll have something to do besides sitting athome and watching the Cowboys get their butts beat again.[8D]
