Every once in awhile, I shoot the wifes Martin Hunter recurve 62" and 45#, that she put away when she abscounded with my Chek-Mate Hunter II t/d recurve, 60" and 51#. Which I just might get back when she gets her new longbow in 6 months or so. She says NO WAY, lol.

My primary and favorite shooter is a takedown Chek-Mate Crusader r/d longbow that's 66" and 54#.

Also shoot (sparingly) my Don Brown bamboo/osage no fiberglass Woodsman longbow, that's 70" and 47#.

When the wife gets her new Tim Meigs longbow, I'll probably fling a few from it, if I can pry it from the wifes hands, lol.

Make em sharp and shoot em straight, or leave em home.

I own a few different ones, but the ones I shoot are: 66", [email protected] Crusader; 64", [email protected] Crusader; and a 62" Hunter I that is around 65@32--I think--primarily bowfish with that one. I have some others--used to have 30-something bows until I started trading them off--but my "go-to" bows are my Crusaders, everytime.

I have 11 bows, of which I only shoot 4. 2 crusader td longbows are my primary hunting bows. The other two are home made longbows. One is in the process of being set up. the other is being shot from time to time.

I don't really keep bows around - if I can't use it, I don't really see the need to keep it unless its a collectable or something.

I have an OL Adcock TD longbow that I have for shooting/hunting. I have an ACS on the way.

I also have an unshootable Wilson Brothers Black Widow, a shootable Browning bow, and a shootable old Browning Challenge 70" recurve target bow. I sold a '76 Kodiak on EBAY recently that I wish I'd kept. I only had about $50 in that bow and it was very nice.

Shakespear Necadah 58" 50lbs
Bear Cub 60" 53lbs
Bear 76er 58" 50lbs (just aquired and restored)
Shakespear T/D 58" 45lbs (just aquired)

Just got tired of tuning and retuning compounds and wanted to get back to the basics. The basics are alot more fun and reliable.

Osage selfbows in the 55-70# range. Used a 60", 65# @ 25" selfbow to take a buck and doe this year, and a 62", 60# @ 25" bamboo backed osage bow to take another doe.
