Sonics or Magnus 2-blade

Hey guys I'm kind of in a dilemma. I can't decide which head I want to shoot. Right now I have the magnus 2-blades on but I also have some sonics in the same weight. The cutting diameter isn't much smaller with the sonics and they have the 3-blade COC. What do you think I should do. I know all the facts about penetration, tissue damage, etc. Just wonderin what my trad family thinks. Thanks!!

I think maybe you're getting into the realm of personal preference there. I'd go with the Magnus, just because I'm a cheap sunovagun and I like the price. ;)

haha, I'm cheap to Arthur. But let's say you got some Sonics for your birthday a couple weeks ago on October 7th, then would you still be shooting the Magnus? :D:D

I think it dependes on the weight of the bow. I shoot 46 to 50 lb bows and like a 2 blade myself. When I was shooting60,70 and90 lb bow I always used a 3 blade. It makes for a beter bloodtrail..JMO

Either will work.

Me ? I went with G5 Strikers. My Dad (compound) is shooting the Magnus Stingers. They're good heads. What matters most is shot placement.

Dustin if it was me i'd go with the magnus heads. I'm shooting close to you. My bow is 51 @ 28" and I draw it 27 1/2" and I'm shooting a 2 blade head.
