I accidentally killed these two trophy billy goats with my new bow after a 7 mile hike into the coast. Poor little bastards.

I saw a lot of big goats that day.

RE: Who has Killed ?

This year? So far a pig, some fish, and a lot of foam. Archery season opens here Saturday, but not sure I'll get to hit the woods opening weekend due to my work schedule (and I'm self-employed!). Good part is when I get caught up I can hit the woods during the week, while everyone else is working.

Got several spots to hunt deer this year, then a trip to GA or SC in Feb for hogs.

I've been fortunate enough to take bull elk, black bear and mulies in Montana while living there and around 50 whitetails in PA and West Virg. Small game including phesants, grouse, rabbits, squirrles, coons, woodchucks, fox and little critters a plenty.

hoping to shoot a doe this year once ive gotten my buck. i can only shoot good out to 20yrds max with my recurve and only been shooting it a year so dont want to take a chance if i see the buck of a lifetime at 25-50 yrds i can kill it with my compound but i really cant wait until my bucks in the dirt so i can do some recurve hunting.

RE: Who has Killed ?

Me Too, I finally got a big old Doe and a 5 point buck that came after her 5 minutes after I shot her, I was waiting to give the doe time to lay down and die, as she was walking and I thought the shot was far back, she only went about 25 yards, the shot went in an angle from back to front and I got the lungs and heart.
The 5 point was a spine shot and just dropped there,I was using my old hickory bamboo bow, 72",#50@ 28" and I used Zwickey broadheads.
