It is pretty swift, i compare it to a hickory/Bamboo bow I have.
But it is very very light and might be good for hunting in thick areas, it certainly is weather proof also.
it shoots well with light arrows also.

Well, I can't say I have ever seen anything like that. don't mean to go on and on about it, but you did a heck of a job. One quesiton, you say you split the horn in half. So I assume we are looking at the pretty side. The other side is the split side?

Right, My intention was to fill in the concave area with osage or another wood but after I tested the limbs, the poundage was perfect for my Grandson and the hollow area was small, I guess if i fill the hollow area with wood It will increase teh poundage to over #50.
Am getting another horn which is longer and heavier to see what I get with that one.
