FluFlu question!
I haven't shot these yet but I've seen and heard about them. I'm just curious as to what they're goodfor. What's the point of having those huge fletchings? Do they provide added stability or something? Any help would be appreciated.

RE: FluFlu question!
They're used for aerial shots like bird hunting or targets or any shot that you don't want your arrow to travel too far.The big fletchings slow the arrow down after traveling about 25-30yds.

Ok, thank you.

RE: FluFlu question!
PSE, what jim said. Also they do stabilize the arrow alot better then reg. feathers. I will put them on arrows that have a slight bend in them and they will shoot just as good as my others.

RE: FluFlu question!
think of it as the arrow will shoot a couple dozen yards and almost seem to fall out of the air. They are good for shooting small game IMO. I use them to shoot at squirrel and and other situations I don't want to lose arrows.
