Default I DIDN'T REALIZE

Wow, I wasn't able to shoot for a week and a 1\2 due to my daughters healthand man are muscles feeling it and it took a lot af arrows to get back into my groove. I guess thats one of the reasons I sold the compound and went traditional becuase its not as easy as hanging the compound up for mths then taking it out right before hunting season and still shoot it with great accuracy, with my recuve its a non stop thing to get good and stay good. sorry for the irrelevent(sp?) post but I was just talking

I always warm up by partially drawing the bow, not going straight to full draw right off, and I do it both sides. No reason to get an unecesarry injury.
