white bison longbows
 
I keep seeing White Bison longbows used in magazines, I guess they are a custom does anyone have any information on them?

Those were made by Steve Hohensee. Unless he sold the name (and I don't think he did), you will have hard time getting a new one--Steve only makes a bow on ocassion for himself and friends now. Steve used to live in MO, but has been in AK for the last few years and will probably be there for a while yet.

I never shot one of his bows, so I couldn't give an opinion, but Steve has sure killed a whole lot of animals with his.

Steve's a good buddy of mine. Heck I can't even get one from him. You can find him on tradgang.com from time to time and shoot him an email from there, ya never know it wouldnt hurt to ask. I do know he's pretty busy with work and working on his house as we are heading into winter right now. Hope it helps some. Do a search on TG for Steve H.
