I am humbled
I noticed that my arrows looked alittle long today while shooting, so I went and checked my draw length. 26in, NOOOOOOOOOOOO, how did this happen I, was shooting around 28. It seems to be working, my only concern is that will it affect the bow. Also all this talk about bare shaft Tuning I tried it out and all my arrows point to the right [:@]. I got the best flight from a 2116 with a 140 grain head. Looks like I am getting new arrows. I may just get wood.

RE: I am humbled
As long as you are hitting a comfortable, repeatable anchor, your form hasn't gone completely in the dumper and your accuracy is semi-consistent, you've got nothing much to worry about. It's kinda normal for your draw length to shrink after you've just made the switch from compound - where you've been used to really stretching into the draw - and have been shooting traditional for awhile. If, in a few more weeks, your draw length is down to 24", then you would get be right to be troubled.

RE: I am humbled
AP I think ya hit the nail on the head, when I first started shooting this bow I was pulling as hard as I could and stretching way out, like I did with my compound. Now I hunch over and relax more, no locked joints. It feels good and I can hold the bow alot steadier. I will keep an eye on it.

RE: I am humbled
Good advise from Art, as usual. I went from a 32" draw to a 30.5" draw. Don't remember what I drew on a compound--think it was 33".
