anchor point

I have recently taken up longbow shooting again, after about 3 years of shooting compounds. My problem is that I am releasing before I get to my anchor. I am not overbowed, and have read both of Asbell's books, and Fergusen's book. If I really concentrate on anchor I get it back but then my attention is away from the target and my accuracy suffers. Oddly, not reaching anchor doesn't seem to affect my accuracy. Any suggestions on how to stop this?

Mooseman, It is huge to keep your form the same (you know that), what I do when I feel like my form is not what it should be I move within a few yards of the take some shots from there. I dont worry about acuracy, I just focuse on mu form. Biron said somthing like this but he closes his eyes I dont, it makes my head drop and thats not good.b
