Small game

WellI finaly have some arrows to shoot, 12 Easton Gamegetters with white and yellow sheild cut feathers put on over some ezcrests, the ones with the deer on them. Ya they are no home made cedars but I am proud of them. I cut them my self (with a copper pipe cutter, worked vary well) and fletched them to, they look awsome for my first batch.

Here is my question, I need a point that will work well on small game (Grouse, rabbits ya know those kindove animals). I want something that also can be shot at random things such as logs. Do field points work good or not? Were do you try and shoot most small game, not to waste meat. Nothing to complicated, just a point.

Thanks

Ace Hex-Head blunts--deadly on small game. I shoot for the lungs, unless everything feels REALLY right for a head shot. Congrats on the new arrows!

Good job on the arrows. I was told not to use a tube cutter on arrows,as it changes the ID on your arrows. But it worked for me once too.
