My First Buck

So it's nearing the end of the day on Sunday and I have only seen my brothers dead 4 pt. that he shot opening morning, a doe that ran by at about 150 yds. (no shot) and a couple of does running through the camp ground.
I took a long walk looking for a spot to sit in the afternoon, but decided to go back to where I had been sitting. Sitting there cold and shaking with time running out for the day, I start to pack up mybag when I look up and see a deertrotting down the hill across from me at about 300 yds. I pull the scope up and look but didn't see any antlers. After about another 100 yds., I check look again and I see antlers but couldn't tell how big. He goes about another 50 yds. and stops right behind a tree with only his left hind end sticking out. At this point, the heart is pounding the blood pressure is up with my first buck about 150 yds. away and it's getting darker. He stands there for about 3-4 minutes when I see his tail flip up and he starts to walk right where I need him to. BAM!!! He turns to his left and starts to walk up the hill. BAM!!! He goes down!!! I was freakin' pumped!! Buck down!!! From what I could see, I was thinking a nice 6 or 8 pt.After getting down to him I was like "Holy ----"........1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 points!!! Hot DAMN!!! What a beauty!!!!
