Arrow Noise

I just started bow hunting this year. I bought a Matthews Fx. The bow was shooting great with almost no noise. After 6 weeks the top limb cracked and I had both limbs and cams replaced. Now,with every shot I here a wisp type sound. I'm sure its not a rattle but it seems that it comes from the arrow as it leave the bow. It has a teflon cable guide and I had teflon on my rest also. Nothing has change since I had the new limbs and cams put on. I'm shooting 68lbs at 285 fps. with the old limbs I was shooting 70lbs at 291 fps. Any ideas to eliminate the noise. Thanks.

Hi Shane Welcome to the board! I'm wondering are you shooting feathers? because when I shoot feathers they can sometimes make a whisping sound, thats the only thing I can think of right now. I hope you find out the problem. good luck.

I'm shooting plastic vanes but they haven't been a problem before.

I have peep and cat whisker silencers.
